Your Seduction Style: Sweet Talker

Your seduction technique can be summed up with "charm"
You know that if you have the chance to talk to someone...
Well, you won't be talking for long! ;-)

You're great at telling potential lovers what they want to hear.
Partially, because you're a great reflective listener and good at complementing.
The other part of your formula? Focusing your conversation completely on the other person.

Your "sweet talking" ways have taken you far in romance - and in life.
You can finess your way through any difficult situation, with a smile on your face.
Speeding tickets, job interviews... bring it on! You truly live a *charmed life*

Exam's over! Went to 1 Utama yesterday with 9 girls,
and mind you, I'm still a male. Was so so tired after a whole day out of house. Went for OSPE in the morning, and came back home around 1am. Overall, it's quite enjoyable. Now I know why Wai Sun would like to go there window shopping, but I still can't stand it if I go there everyday, because there's no arcade there. -.-" By the way, the girls were supposed to surprise Jean Jean with the Mocha cake they bought for her be-earlierd birthday, and even make Alex to come down. Haha.. Bet Jean Jean might have doze off waiting for the 'surprise'. I didn't join them because I don't want to get demerit for coming back late at the hostel at 12.30am. You think? Just kidding. I don't even have enough merit points to be deducted. It needs at least the sum of merit points of 10 people like me to have at least a chance to fight for a place in KT1. That's why I compete for another merit, to stay at home. Keke.. Just don't want to reach home too late.

By the way, since the exam is totally over, here's the review of the exams I'd taken.

Monday, 27th Nov '06: Cellular Biomolecules (9-11am)
A paper with moderate difficulty. That is my impression. I might not know how to do all, but at least I know what the question wants. The only obstacle is the time factor, with 45 objectives (One best answer and Extended matching items) plus 3 essays to be done in 2 hours. Good for me, because I crap without thinking, so I barely finish in time.

Tuesday, 28th Nov '06: Body Tissue (9-11am) and Personal and Professional Development (2.30-3.30pm)
The body tissue really kill me, although the objectives were moderate, the essay questions were ambigious, there goes my crapping again. Some questions are too wide and less marks, so we do not now how much to write. -.-" In the end, I barely finish on time too.
PPD was the easiest paper I've ever seen. We finish everything in half an hour, although I sat there for another half. Straightforward questions, either you know or do not know, or just use your common sense.

Wednesday, 29th Nov 'o6: Membrane and Receptors(9-11am)
This is one of the most challenging paper so far. To me, it's quite tricky, and I was having a 'great' time over the questions and essays. But, everything is still manageable and answerable, although whether it is right or wrong is another issue.

Thursday, 30th Nov '06: Human Genetics (9-11am) and Tamadun Islam dan Tamadun Asia (2.30-3.45pm)
Genetics is my favourite subject, and the one staying the freshest in my mind. Should have no problem if I didn't do any careless mistakes in the objectives. The essay questions were from past year, although I didn't really prepare for it, unless you mean flipping through the pages is. The 'best' thing I got was sitting beside Jean Jean. I was laughing at Jo Ee because he said he felt pressured by Jean Jean, Stella and Soon Hooi for the first 2 papers as they were clustered together, and I got a 'feel' of one of it in the end. -.-"
TITAS was even better, after reading so much, it's still down to the guessing game. So many Betul and salah to darken the circles. 60 questions, 5 choices each from A-E, and we have to andwer betul or salah for each choice. That makes 300! If you're correct, add 1 mark, wrong, minus 1 mark. Don't answer and it's neutral. After 45 minutes, the answer sheet is full of dark circles. It's just like a Southern blotting of RFLPs. -.-" Since Dekan came out of the hall already, the ketua jabatan including me went out as well.

5th Nov '06: OSPE (Lab practical)
One of the worst day of my life. After so much hardwork (a few days) looking at the slides and Histology book, I still couldn't figure out was was the thing they were asking me on the slide. The magnification was different from what I'd expected, cause it's too small and hard to see. We used to focus more, and this is such al et down. Could only identify about 2-3 slides out of 10, and the rest are pure crap. Just hope to score points on the characteristics. They could even ask things that we didn't know that we had to learn! That's fine for me for module papers, but histo? If you are able to memorise eveything, you might as well transfer to the 3rd year next sem. Biomolecules wasn't really hard, just that I didn't focus on the principles, hence crap, crap and crap. The best thing, I think I did badly for my PPD and Clinical Skill. I didn't do what the rest did. I didn't ask the 'girl' in PPD OSPE what was her ambition. And I didn't even offer a seat to the 'patient' in CS. How would I know actually, because that is not my place and I'm not sure whether to offer a seat or not? After gruelling questions in OPSe slides and the rest, was quite blur already. Going to get an egg for both. Haiz.. Really really sad. Wonder how could I overcome this. It really knock ot my confidence. For the first time, I really really had the feeling of LOSING! The heart just doesn't feel nice, aching every now and then Perhaps this is the best 'kick' I had in the course so far. The first I had. The first kiss of death after a long time when I couldn't even remember my last one before this. perhaps this is a good lesson for me. Maybe it's time to really work hard.

So Sick

1 am in the morning. I seldom sleep so late. But,
thanks to my roomate, I'm becoming a night ghost. Trying to 'fix' my internal biological clock, but I saw the blog counter reaching 600 views. Hooray! First, I would like to thank myself for continuouslt viewing my own blog, because I think the 400 belongs to me. n_n" My own blog is the gateway to other people's blog. Next, to all my phantom readers, who never introduce yourself or leave any comments. Whatever, this is just a personal blog cum diary. Thanks for your support. Gosh, I'm too crazy, so sick.

How's my progress for the study leave, one would ask.
I just laze around more than study. Anyway, just flipped and flopped the pages. Done 'Membranes and Receptors' (Pharmaco and Physio module) and 'Body Tissue' (Physio+Biochem+Histo), and I'm not sure how much I will absorb given such a short time. Genetics will the last, since it's still fresh. Got to start the 'Cellular Biomolecules' tomorrow. Then PPD syallabus, Clinical Skill, Tamadun Islam.. Warggh.. Help!! I'm already having enough headache today. Maybe due to dehydration. -.-" And I wonder how long do I need to do this. Haha.. Actually, I don't mind, provided I'm staying in my home sweet home. Hostel environment is just not conducive. Too stressful, with a TOP BOY in the same room. I think I should correct that. TOP STUDENT. Whenever the exam is hard, you'll hear "Aiya, this time cannot get A already la." And if it's considerable easy, you'll hear "Aiya, many people will get A already la". -.-" I mean, what's wrong with everyone getting A? Seriously, I don't mind. I prefer everyone happy. Haha... So I just need to sabar 5 more months. I always thought I'm crazy enough, now I really understand the Chinese saying of ‘ 一山比一山搞’. Keke... Plus, the next door always got mesyuarat ketua jabatan with Dekan. I guess I'm the only ketua jabatan who seldom go for meetings, with the laughter of Yi Hui the loudest. I'm not the one complaining, Kuan Yew was the one complaining from 3 rooms away. Lolz..

It's already 1.30am. I think I should force myself
onto bed. Before this, allow me to change the lyrics of a nice song to suit my mood now. From Ne-Yo - So Sick:

And I'm so sick of studies
So tired of tears
So done with wishing I won't be here
Said I'm so sick of studies so stress and slow
So why can't I throw off all the books?

Gotta fix that calender I have
That's marked Nov 27th
Because soon there's no more you
There's no more exam
I'm so fed up with my thoughts of you
And my memory
And how every fact reminds me
Of what used to be

That's the reason I'm so sick of studies
So tired of tears
So done with wishing I won't be here
Said I'm so sick of studies so stress and slow
So why can't I throw off all the books?

*Note: Just a prank. Don't take it too seriously n_n"

Tamadun Islam

Guess I have nothing to write this time. Trying to
read TITAS for the coming exam, which we were supposed to study for the whole semester. All of us, I believe, will be attempting the suicide last minute attempt. But of course, we have network in Bangi UKM who had taken the paper. They were kind enough to give the tips, but in the end we still had to read everything, not much difference. -.-"
Talking about exam, got my last module's results. I got a B.
Not bad, considering that I've tried my best in a way. Of course many people will have the question mark on their face when I got my B. Many others got A, A-, and B+. Hehe.. Only God and me knows the exact answer. Even if I write it here, no one would understand how my brain functions. 1+1 does not always equals to 2. Will try hard again for Genetics, but of course, the aim is definitely not A anyway. Hehe.. Got to revise my previous modules, otherwise pass also cannot. Haha..
Went to HUKM for the Polymerase Chain Reaction
experiment. After that, we were exposed to those expensive equipments. DNA sequencer worth around RM800,000 and there's two there. (I'm not sure whether if it's really worth that much or half the money went 'missing') And there's the 'beam-me-up equipment (I forgot the name of it) that can select the area of tissue for inspection for cancer mutation and the lasers will cut through that area and shoot it up to a special platform, or that's what I heard. That cost RM1 million too. And the RNA analyser which could also analyse DNA as well, worth a few million bucks. Man, I can live happily with that amount of money. Wahaha...
So, in the end, that's all for today's short post. Plan to buy
the novel written by Adibah Amin, titled "This end of the rainbow". Guess it will be a good book, so I'm looking forward it to replenish my soul. God bless the flirt king.
