It's the time of the year when Nuffnang rules again with their cool parties. As I've changed my header, I'm pretty sure many would have known what it is all about. It's the Nuffnang Nokia Silent Halloween party with the theme of Nokia Xpress Music. It's a silent dance party, which means that you'll got to bring your own mobile handphone and headsets to listen to the music of your choice from the tracklist given. I'm sure that it'll get pretty creepy in the party if all of us kept to ourselves with the music in our heads and moving around in freaky Halloween costumes. Oh yes, you'll have to dress up as Halloween celebrity, which meant that you'll have to fake a celebrity 1st before adding a twist as a halloween! Confusing? Think of vampirish Elvis, or headless Marilyn Monroe, or the creepy animation creature which depicts Angelina Jolie. That's kind of creepy to eh?
Well, since it's the first (ever?) silent dance party, I guess it would so much fun if I'd experienced it on my own. At least it's going to be different from other parties where we get to choose our own beat, be it the fast and furious or the slow and steady rhythm. Look at it from this perspective, you can set your own romantic night without affecting others who were present, with your own mushy moments, or a crazy cranky fiesta with your friends that surrounding people will never know what it is all about.
Just a piece of caution, remember to set the beat during the dance, or else you and your partner might be stepping on each other's feet!

The hard part is to find a scary costume that will make everyone pee their pants, since there's going to be awards for it. Of course, there are a few celebrity candidates who are creepy enough to be on halloween list without even needing a twist. Here's some examples:
Talking about black and white, the next thing that came in mind is of course Michael Jackson!
Besides that, he's also another one great celebrity whose performance sure rock my world. :P
Uh oh, not forgeting Marilyn Manson too, whose creepy looks send shivers down my spine..
And of course, Bruce Lee, whose voice always give me a creep from his shouts "Ka-Cha!" which literally meant "cockroach" in Cantonese. I'm sure not many knew how he came about with that shout and his signature shuffling(jumping here and there) if not for his fear of cockroach eh? Well, sadly enough, he'll need to dress up as Bruce "Frankenstein" Lee, since they do have some similarities in their looks.
The last but not least, is for me to dress up with nothing but a stethoscope. That will sure freak everybody out. But then again, I wouldn't want other girls to come drooling at me. :P So, maybe I'll think of something more decent. Until then, hope to see you there!! n_n
