Loneliness
Has anyone experience loneliness? The feeling when no one bothers about you, as if you were invisible. Or the feelings as if you are just a head on a table, basically non-existent to many unless for a horror cause.
I have met with many friends and listen to their problems. Most of the time, they were jovial and cheerful. But when they are left alone, they felt as if no one in the world cares for them.
Sometimes, it is just a matter of feeling that you had at that time. You felt that you are lonely because no one understands you. The fact that no one understands you better than you do, does not sink in. Who is going to understand you if you do not open your heart to them? Silence does not breed understanding, but rather breeds misunderstanding. Therefore, communication has always been emphasized to foster ties of a stronger friendship.
When you are down, it is always at best if you pour out your problems to at least a friend. Of course, you had to make sure that the friend can be trustworthy. It is better if you have siblings, which you can share you problems. For me, being the only child leave me to dwell with the problem alone, or share it with my parents if it's not really serious for fear of repercussion.
Whatever it is, do not be afraid to share your problems. Your burden may not be a burden after all. A happy family is not a family who had achieve all their individual goals, but rather able to share their goals and viewpoints and provide motivation to go on through life. The process of a journey is always more important than the destination. Trust me, I've been there at least, for once.
So, why wait? grab a friend or family member and give them a hug today. Love is to be shared, but do not share them like how Dr Chua Soi Lek did. X'P

Reflection dives in.
Loneliness embrace you in.
